Modo de preparo:
Colocar todos os ingredientes na masseira e adicionar água aos poucos. Misturar até que a massa fique lisa e homogênea (massa mole). Abrir a massa e colocar na forma retangular untada com óleo. Deixar descansar por mais 20 minutos. Levar ao forno por aproximadamente 10 a 15 minutos a 160°C no forno turbo ou 190°C no forno lastro (pré assar). Retirar do forno e colocar o molho de tomate. Colocar o recheio a gosto (presunto, queijo, ervilha, palmito, pimentão, cebola, etc.). Levar ao forno novamente e deixar até dar o ponto.
